Nextfield is a practical training management system that connects students with verified training institutions. It helps students find, apply for, and complete field training placements.
Students from VTCs, colleges, and universities who need to complete practical training as part of their academic requirements. The platform is also used by training institutions and educational institutions.
Students can browse and view opportunities for free. However, to apply for field vacancies, students need to upgrade to a premium account with a fee of 262145 30,000 per placement.
Student Account
Click on "Register" on the homepage, fill in your personal and academic details, and submit. You will receive a confirmation email to activate your account.
You will need to upload your profile photo and provide details about your course of study, education institution, year of study, and other academic information.
After registration, your education institution will verify your student status. Once verified, your account status will change to "Verified".
Premium Subscription
The premium subscription fee is 262145 30,000 per placement. This allows you to apply for field vacancies.
You can make payment and upload your payment receipt. The admin will verify and approve your subscription within 24-48 hours.
Yes, each subscription is for a single placement. When you complete one placement, you will need to subscribe again for another placement.
Field Vacancies
Browse the "Vacancies" page to see all available opportunities. You can filter by institution, category, or search for specific keywords.
Yes, you can apply for multiple vacancies. However, you will be placed in only one at a time.
Your application will be reviewed by the admin. If approved, you will be placed at the training institution and notified via email and SMS.
Certificates & ID Cards
After completing your training and submitting your field report, the admin will issue a certificate. Softcopy certificates are free for premium members. Hardcopy certificates cost 262145 20,000.
Hardcopy certificates cost 262145 20,000. You can request and pay for the hardcopy through your student dashboard.
After you are placed at a training institution, you can request an ID card. Softcopy ID cards are free for premium members. Hardcopy ID cards cost 262145 15,000.
Each certificate and ID card has a unique barcode that can be scanned to verify authenticity. You can also enter the certificate number on the verification page.
Field Reports
You should submit your field report upon completion of your training. The specific deadline will be communicated by your supervisor.
Your field report should include details of your training activities, what you learned, challenges faced, and overall experience. Your supervisor will provide specific guidelines.
Once submitted, your report goes to the admin for review. If changes are needed, the admin may return it for revision.
